Registered capital of 2000000 baht for companies with foreign shareholders.
A balance sheet must be prepared annually and filed with the Commercial Registration Department, Ministry of Commerce, within five months of the end of the accounting year, and with the Revenue Department, Ministry of Finance, within 150 days of the end of the accounting year. Even though there is no minimum capital requirement, the size of the capital should be adequate for the business you want to run.
